Judge to rule Tuesday in Kai-Fu Lee case from News.com says that a ruling on whether Kai-Fu Lee can leave
Microsoft and become head of Google China will come next Tuesday. As issue is whether a preliminary injunction will be lifted ahead of a trial to permanently settle the matter
in January.
