Using this custom built bookmarks file, you can turn your mobile platform into a viable SEO toolkit.
Ever found yourself needing easy access to your favorite SEO toolbar, only to realize you’re without your desktop or regular computing platform and stuck with your somewhat clumsy mobile device?
I’m going to show you how to fix this, and make your mobile platform a totally viable SEO toolkit.
If you’re anything like me, you’ll find yourself in need of things like:
All of which, by the end of this article, will be one click away from your phone.
No, you aren’t going to need to download some third party software or anything from me to do this. All you need is this crazy little invention called bookmarks. You still use them, right?
For example, say we’re currently on mattcutts.com and need to look up some information about the website. Within two clicks, I now have access to all of this data by using my custom built bookmarks file (which you can easily import into your browser or phone and sync it across).
I’ve tested this out on iPhones (works great) and Android devices with bookmark syncing.
How does this work? Well, I’ve crafted some simple JavaScript into the bookmarks that takes the current URL and plugs it into all of these services listed above.
The bookmarks download file is here: Bookmarks.html. Just import it into your Firefox, Opera, or Safari, sync it with your device, and you’re on your way.
Alternatively, if you don’t feel comfortable importing the bookmarks, just pick and choose these links below and add them yourself!
I use this daily, more often than not when I’m out at lunch waiting on an order, or brainstorming up a potential new venture and checking out the competition while in bed. Work never stops right? This will help you work even more.
