If you’re a player of video games, you’re probably aware of the “Konami Code” — a “cheat” code that works on games produced by Konami Corporation (and some other non-Konami games).
TechCrunch reported it isn’t the first time Google has harnessed the Konami Code:
When inputted into the Pixel Chromebook, the LED strip on the lid of the laptop puts on a light show by blinking a random series of colors. The infamous code also unlocks an achievement in Google Play.
