Just announced, our parent company Jupitermedia is selling its ClickZ network
— of which Search Engine Watch is part of — and the Search Engine Strategies
shows to Incisive Media. More details in this company

I’m literally about to run out the door to some meetings, so I wanted to dash
something up quick to answer and anticipate questions our readers may have.

Overall, it’s a good thing. Jupitermedia is concentrating on its images
businesses, and the deal puts us with a new owner looking to expand the work we
do.
