If you’re a big fan of “Doctor Who”, you’ll love the new Google Maps Easter egg. When you go to the address of the Police Telephone Box – a.k.a., TARDIS (which, for those unfamiliar, stands for Time And Relative Dimension In Space) – you can actually “look inside” to see exactly how it appears on “Doctor Who”.

The Easter egg was added to celebrate the 50th anniversary of “Doctor Who”.

It also has its own Google+ page, set up as a local business review, where people have submitted reviews of its, and where you will find even more pictures. And fans will probably want to read some of the very clever reviews have been already submitted, such as this one:

Love the place, you won’t believe it but it’s actually bigger on the inside! Decor is too modern for my taste but certainly can’t complain about how interesting everything is. All manner of noises, bangs and shimmies all the time but if you don’t mind that so much, the stay was brilliant. Landlord a bit quirky but certainly pleasant enough, lots of fun, doesn’t mind taking you on personal tours around the area (which seems to change every time we open the door). Lot of different girls that parade through but all quite nice except for one redhead who was quite loud and bossy, though she was brilliant.

And if you’re curious, the full address is Earl’s Court Road, London, Greater London SW5 9RB, United Kingdom. It is also the location of one of the few police boxes left in London.
